Gumbo🍅

I ate Gumbo for lunch today. This is a take out from La Bonne Table.
I’m learning how to cook from Chef Nakamura of La Bonne Table. The lesson has been on his Instagram live since last year.
Actually I cook about 80% of the dishes I learned from him in my kitchen.
The Gumbo that I made recently had a big impact on me.
I wanted to know the difference between what I made and what the chef made.
The result was amazing! It has a deep taste with squid and squid liver. The taste of the green peppers that I don’t like was also mild.
I’m confident that by eating the model in this way, I will become better at cooking.
